CLIENT COMMUNICATION POLICY

To maintain accuracy, accountability, and the integrity of financial records, all communication, documentation, and direction must come directly from the business owner or a designated internal Accounting Manager or CFO employee.

We do not communicate with or take direction from spouses, family members, or any third parties who are not formally employed by the business in an accounting or financial leadership role.

All requests, clarifications, and approvals must be provided directly by the business owner or their internal Accounting Manager or CFO.

All communication is conducted in writing via email or text to ensure clear documentation and eliminate miscommunication. Verbal conversations and informal discussions are not used for providing direction, approvals, or financial information.
