Accountant/Owner Communications
To maintain accuracy, accountability, and the integrity of financial records, all communication, documentation, and direction must come directly from the business owner(s).
We do not communicate with or take direction from employees, spouses, family members, or any third parties working on behalf of our client, the business owner(s).
All communication is to be conducted in writing via email or text to ensure clear documentation and eliminate miscommunication. Verbal conversations and informal discussions are not used for providing direction, approvals, or financial information.
