Time is money, so we charge for our expertise. This fee credits your first month's bill if you partner with us.

All accounts previously managed by others are subject to onboarding retainer. This fee is earned upon receipt and covers the additional time required to review and clean up existing books while ensuring IRS compliance. It is non-refundable regardless of engagement length or reason for termination.

For clients with no prior bookkeeping history, a new QBO - Accountant Access Only file will be created. Catch-up work for all previous months will be billed at $150 per hour. An upfront deposit equal to the estimated hours will be collected before work begins; any additional hours will be invoiced upon completion. All communication must be in writing.

This add-on is for owners who want active guidance to stay fully compliant with both IRS guidelines (tax-side) and basic liability protections (insurance-side). Remember - You pay taxes once a year, but you can be sued three times in the same day. Compliance Support helps you avoid both.
